We guide you in designing the appropriate sequencing strategy for your research, taking into account genome size, data requirements and project. All NGS projects include sample QC, library construction, sequence data generation, data QC and standard data analysis described in the tables below.
We also offer a choice of pre-designed and planned NGS sequencing packages to help you to choose the best service for your project, based on TGAC experience of technology platforms and bioinformatics tools.
Our small scale sequencing service offers high quality, cost effective sequencing on AB 3730 platforms by a dedicated team.

Next Generation Sequencing - Pre-planned Projects
We offer a number of cost effective pre-designed projects, covering our most popular services. These have been optimised for cost and performance for these specific applications.
DNA Libraries
We host a series of Arabidopsis, Wheat and Streptomyces genomic clone libraries in binary vectors with a range of selectable markers and clone insert sizes. Our libraries services can provide copies of whole libraries or specific clones to researchers worldwide.
